Cancellation & Refund Policy


If you need to cancel your order, the cancellation must be made prior to the preparation of the order.  The fastest way to get confirmation of cancelling your order can be done by calling us directly. If the cancellation is received after the order is prepared, no refund can be issued since flowers are perishable goods. Once we receive your order, the flowers are carefully selected and cut to accommodate your order. We can not re-use these flowers for any other orders.

Please note that we will not assume responsibility for any incorrect addresses or information provided to us. If you need to update the information, please call us immediately.

Refund & Return

Flower Girls Farm stands by our product and we offer our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee with every flower arrangement that we design and deliver. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower arrangement that we have delivered, simply contact our customer service. We will work through what the issue is and determine a solution that may involve issuing a full or partial store credit or a replacement of the original arrangement.

We do not offer refunds after we made delivery. If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact us directly.

Please inspect your flowers once you receive them. All claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt. After 24 hours, we will not assume responsibility for the condition of flowers as the temperature and the humidity conditions differ in space where the flowers were kept.

We will not assume responsibility for following issues;

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

• Lost/stolen deliveries once the flower is delivered

• Delays caused during peak holiday seasons

• Weather-related delivery issues

• Flowers that wilted or died because of failure to follow instructions (on the Flower Food Package) by the recipient.


Flower Girls Farm is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. We will not issue refunds or store credit to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.

We aim to provide the highest quality experience at Flower Girls Farm. If you made an error in the ordering process, please contact us as soon as possible.

Store Credit

We will issue a store credit if we determined that the issue was our responsibility, as follows:

100% of your order(before delivery fee and taxes) if problem occurs within 24 hours of receipt.

50% of your order(before delivery fee and taxes) if you report a problem after 24 hours & within 48 hours of receipt.

10% of your order (before delivery fee and taxes) if you report it after 48 hours & within 72 hours of receipt.

Redeeming Store Credit

Face value can be used for one time only. If redeemed for less than its face value, the remaining residual value will be lost.

Delivery Policy

We offer FREE same-day delivery flower service to local areas nearby our stores, such as Manhattan, Fort Lee, Long Island (Nassau county), and Philadelphia if you order with us before 12pm EST. Minimum delivery order is $59 and any orders received after 12pm EST will be delivered on the next business day.

Delivery Hours

Normal delivery hours are 9am - 2pm EST Mon-Sat. Special exceptions are made for Funeral and Event Deliveries.

We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Attempt

Regretfully, we are only able to make one delivery attempt. If we are unable to locate the recipient, or authorized receiver, at the time of delivery, we may leave the flowers outside of the residence or with a nearby business or neighbor.  In that case, we will send the notification to the customer. We are not responsible for lost/theft of the flowers after the delivery.

​Holiday Delivery

To ensure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, we strongly recommend you to place your order at least 3 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Substitution Policy

Fresh Flowers

​We are committed to deliver your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme, size and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value.

In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and vice versa.

​Substitutions for Special Occasions

​Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided.
